All orders are carefully reviewed and prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Prescription eyewear, custom lenses, and specialty frames may require additional processing time due to lens crafting and quality assurance procedures.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer reliable shipping options to ensure your eyewear arrives in excellent condition.
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 to 7 business days after processing
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 to 3 business days after processing
In-Store Pickup: Available at select clinic locations. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery address.
We proudly offer Free Shipping on orders over $100 within the United States.
Order Tracking

International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you are located outside the US and would like to place an order, please contact our team to confirm availability and shipping options.
