The Neighborhood Optometrist is committed to providing high-quality eyewear and clinical products. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be accepted.

1. Eyewear

Non-prescription eyewear, accessories, and retail items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that:The item is unused and in original condition all original packaging, tags, and accessories are included proof of purchase is provided

2. Return Authorization Process

To initiate a return: Email us at hello@theneighborhoodeyedoctor.com, Include your full name, order number, and reason for return wait for a return authorization before shipping any item back Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Refund Method and Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary by financial institution but typically take 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part

5. Exchanges

If an exchange is approved, replacement items will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue promptly.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the order has not yet entered production or been shipped.
